Welcome to Sportnx, your go-to app for booking turf time for box cricket, football, and pickleball. By accessing or using the Sportnx app (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Sportnx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sportnx. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to register and book through the app.
3. Account Registration
To make a booking, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please ensure that your account information is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Booking and Payment
Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. The availability of turfs is subject to change without notice. Payments must be made at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and other supported methods.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the facilities responsibly and follow all rules set by turf operators. Any form of vandalism, disruptive behavior, or violation of facility rules may result in account suspension or a permanent ban from the platform.
7. Facility Liability
Sportnx acts solely as a booking intermediary. We do not own or operate the turfs. All facility-related responsibilities, including maintenance, safety, and cleanliness, lie with the respective turf owners. Any disputes or injuries arising from facility use must be addressed directly with the venue.
